We Do Not Have a Printed Catalog.

We are constantly updating the site to indicate items which are out of stock.  Please check this information carefully. If any item is not shown as out of stock and is critical to your order, please mark it as such and we will contact you if we run out before filling your order, so you may obtain it elsewhere. We do not call about out of stocks unless you specifically request that we do so. Also other customers ahead of you may have ordered the same items and we may run out of an in-stock item before filling your order.

Please send your orders complete as additional changes  will delay shipping one extra day.

ORDERING, TERMS AND POLICIES

E-MAIL: Orders may be placed  through our website on our secure on-line order form or by e-mail sent to orders@accentsbeads.com. Please be sure to indicate payment information, phone number (daytime) and e-mail address. If you do not wish to email your credit card (e-mail submissions are not secure), please fax the credit card number to: 301-881-5680 including the last three (3) numbers  appearing on the signature panel. We will not process any orders without the Credit Card number. We do not open e-mails with attachments.

PHONE: Orders may be placed by calling 301-881-2003.  There will be an Accents staff member available to take your order Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST. We ask that you please have your order written out before calling. Please be aware that there is a $5.00 surcharge for orders under $50.00 in addition to shipping charges.
However, due to the high volume of orders there are times when we are unable to take orders by phone. In these cases it would be appreciated if you order by Fax-301-881-5680 or e-mail. If you are unable to order by fax or email, we ask that you please have your order written out before calling. If you would like to give your credit card by phone, please call the 301-881-2003 number and leave a message.

MAIL: Orders may be mailed to Accents Beads, 12112 Nebel Street, Rockville, MD 20852.  You can print our on-line order form for your convenience.  Please be sure to include payment information, phone number (daytime) and e-mail address.  If paying by check, please "pre-submit" your order by e-mail so that we may confirm availability and shipping charges for an exact total.

NOTIFICATION: If you have supplied us with an e-mail address,  you will receive e-mail notification of your tracking number and total dollar amount of your order.  Your package can be tracked at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICKUPS.

TERMS OF SALE: All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.  We do not ship COD.  Payment in U.S. funds may be made with Visa, Mastercard, cashier's checks, or money orders.  We are also now accepting PayPal.  If you wish to pay via PayPal, money order, or cahsier's check, please submit your order in advance and allow us to calculate your exact total BEFORE you send payment, as items may be unavailable and shipping varies.  If submitting an order via our order form that you intend to pay for via one of these alternate payment types, you can simply type the form of payment where the credit card number would go, and we will contact you once your total is calculated.

MINIMUM ORDER: We have no minimum order, however, if your order is less than $50.00 there will be a $5.00 surcharge in addition to the merchandise and shipping fees.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges are added to the total and based on weight, insurance value and destination zip-code.  Orders within the United States are shipped by UPS only. For ground shipments please allow 1-6 days delivery time for these orders.  For faster shipping you may select UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day service at an additional charge. Orders requesting UPS Next Day service, received by 1:00 PM EST will ship the same day. UPS 3-Day and 2-Day options will not decrease the order processing time, but will offer expedited delivery time once the order has left our location. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via UPS. Unfortunately we are unable to process overseas orders for new customers. Our order processing time will vary depending on the volume of orders received, and although we strive for a 2-3 business day turn-around time, that is not always possible and we ask for your patience when this is the case. If you need your  order by certain  date please order early if possible and notify us of your deadline. We will try to ship your order to meet your deadline in the most cost effective way possible. 

DAMAGE/LOSS: Please notify us immediately by calling 301-881-2003.

BACKORDERS: Currently we are not processing backorders.  

RETURNS: ALL returns must be authorized by Accents within 7 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will be charged  a 20% restocking fee.  Returns must be received in original condition.  Returns may also affect pricing based on recalculation of volume discount.  Chains and special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Return and exchange procedures are below.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURES:

We are happy to accept your returns (for credit to your credit card or next purchase) or your exchanges, however, to return an item for exchange/return you must:

 - Return the item in its original and re-saleable condition (packaged items in their original packaging, strands on their original cord, not opened)

-The items for return must be packaged securely (we cannot accept merchandise damaged because of improper or inadequate packaging)

- The entire item must be returned (you cannot return 90 pieces of a 100 pack item, nor, for example, 20 unused clasps when your original order was for 50 pieces)

- The return must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice

- The request for return must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order

- The return must have a return authorization marked clearly on the outside of your packaging (you may obtain the return authorization numbers from us by phone or e-mail)

- The return must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

There is a 20% restocking fee for non-authorized returns.  If any item is returned not in its original condition, or more than 21 days after purchase, it will be returned to you and you will be charged for additional shipping.
Returns which are not an error of Accents Beads will be charged  a 10% restocking fee.
